What OpenTracks is

OpenTracks is a free map of off-road riding venues in Portugal, the Azores and Madeira. It’s for information only.

We don’t own, run or represent any of the tracks it shows, and a track being listed doesn’t mean you’re allowed to ride there.

The information can be wrong

Locations, status, access, terrain and race dates are compiled from public sources. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.

A track may have closed, changed its rules or be on private land. Always check with the owner or club before you go.

Riding is at your own risk

Off-road riding is dangerous. You’re responsible for your own safety, for having permission to ride, and for following the law, including riding a registered and insured vehicle, holding the right licence and wearing protective equipment.

Don’t use the app while riding or driving.

Directions and links

Directions open in your maps app, and links open third-party websites. We aren’t responsible for those services or their content.

Fair use

You may use OpenTracks for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t copy its data in bulk, resell it, or try to disrupt the app or the website.

Ownership and credits

The app, its design and this website belong to SportsDigital.

Maps in the app are provided by Apple.

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

No warranty

OpenTracks is provided free and “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, SportsDigital isn’t liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from your use of OpenTracks or from relying on its information.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

Changes

We may update OpenTracks and these terms. When we change the terms we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and if you keep using OpenTracks afterwards the new terms apply.
